Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Worldwide Trade & Consulting FZE LLC ("we", "us"). By using ToolsPantry or buying a listing, you agree to them.

The service

ToolsPantry is a directory where people can search and compare AI tools, and where makers of AI tools can list their products. Browsing the directory is free.

Listings and payments

  • Free listings are reviewed in the order received. We may decline any listing at our discretion.
  • Paid plans are one-time payments in USD, charged when you order, and processed by Stripe. Plan contents and prices are shown on our Pricing page.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
  • Paying for a listing does not buy a positive review or ranking. Descriptions stay neutral.

What you send us

If you submit a tool, you confirm you have the right to do so and that the information is accurate. You let us display your product name, logo, screenshots and description on ToolsPantry and in our social posts about the listing. You can ask us to remove a listing at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't submit tools that are illegal, deceptive or harmful, don't scrape the site in bulk, and don't try to manipulate votes or rankings. We may remove content or block access if these terms are broken.

Third-party tools

Tools listed here are made by other companies. We try to keep information accurate, but we don't control those tools and aren't responsible for them. Check a tool's own terms and pricing before you use it.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
